Dear Anon,
Potentially all long corridors have `difficult' Qi flows especially if they are narrow.
Usually, if the corridor is reasonably large, plants are used (spaced out) along each side of the corridor. It can be alternated.
But in a narrow corridor, some have used pictures or even a display shelf at the end of the corridor.
For a toilet, it is best to close the toilet door when not in use and not leave it open.
